Overview: The Union Parade, a central highlight of the Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival in Al Wathba, is a grand cultural celebration that unites 120 tribes, 6,000 tribesmen, 1,750 performers, 1,250 ex-military personnel, and a variety of animals, including 150 horses and 150 camels. For the past 7 years, eventlab, in collaboration with People, has played a vital role in delivering this monumental event.

Our Role: eventlab provided a team of 95 event professionals who were integral to the success of the 2022 Union Parade. Our team was responsible for critical aspects such as movement planning, parade operations, show calling, and stage management, ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of the event’s massive scale and complexity.
