Overview: Riyadh Season 2023 marked a historic milestone with the debut of the iconic Disney Castle in the Middle East. This grand event celebrated a century of Disney magic at Blvd City, drawing families and Disney fans to experience a blend of nostalgia and new adventures.
Our Role: eventlab, in partnership with Balich Wonder Studios, was pivotal in amplifying the guest experience at Disney Castle. We strategically deployed over 70 ushers and 7 supervisors, who were not only proficient but also highly engaging, ensuring each guest felt welcomed and valued.
Key Achievements: Our staff played a critical role across six themed zones—Lion King, Aladdin, Encanto, Frozen, The Castle, and Little Mermaid—where their interactions with guests added a personal and memorable touch to the fairy-tale setting. Their expertise in crowd management and guest relations significantly enhanced the overall experience.
Unique Value Added: The team’s ability to manage complex logistics and provide high-quality guest interactions underlined our commitment to creating magical experiences. Our hands-on approach ensured that the enchantment of Disney was flawlessly brought to life, making Disney Castle a standout attraction during Riyadh Season 2023.
